“According to preliminary data, on February 7, 2023, a fire broke out at an oil refinery in the Kstovsky district. Currently, all circumstances are being investigated, ”the prosecutor’s office said in a press release.
In fact, the prosecutor’s office organized an investigation into what happened at the enterprise. No deaths or injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
Earlier, the telegram channel “112” wrote that the fire was assigned the third rank of complexity. According to the channel, the fire started in one of the columns with gasoline.
At the time of publication of the news, TASS, citing the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations , reported that firefighters had extinguished the fire on an area of 10 square meters.
The company “Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez” confirmed the fact of ignition. Later, the company said that the fire was eliminated, and the company continues to operate as usual.
